About Parameters Industries, Inc.

In 1982, Richard S. Schwichtenberg founded Parameters Industries, Inc. with help from his wife, Lorraine, and son, Richard A. It was the fruition of his lifelong dream to own and operate his own machine shop.

For 36 years, he worked tirelessly to succeed in this highly competitive industry, navigating his way through economic highs and lows and cutthroat competition from low-cost regions. His main motivation was always to provide for his family, his employees, and their families. Sadly, he passed away in June of 2018, but his legacy is carried on by his family and employees.

Today, Parameters is still owned and operated by the Schwichtenberg family and continues to provide high-quality machining services. We serve both large and small customers locally, nationally, and internationally in a wide range of industries. Our employees pride themselves on providing our customers with quality machined components on a timely basis.

Our 25,000-square-foot facility features an arsenal of precision equipment to tackle today's market demand for quick-turn precision machining. Experienced quality control personnel, modern CNC equipment, CAD software, and inspection equipment assure top-quality machined parts for your business.

We also combine our services with local partners to provide one-stop machining solutions which include the following: splines, fabrication/welding, plating, heat treating, gear cutting, and balancing.
